How we work.
Every engagement starts with a Key Person Risk Audit. The audit produces a report and a build plan. From there, you pick the build that closes the biggest gap, or the Full Operation Build that does it end to end. Every build is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We do not run on a retainer. When the build is done, you own the system and the bill ends.
We work remotely, inside your own tools, with the team you have. We do not parachute in a new stack you did not ask for. We do not lock the build behind a vendor key. We do not use your data to train models. When the engagement ends, our access ends.
What we will not do.
We will not promise you a sale price, a valuation multiple, or a guaranteed dollar gain at exit. Anyone who does is selling something else.
