This site is published by Penny Built Ai. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our engagements

Every engagement is fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before any build phase begins. The Key Person Risk Audit is the front door to every engagement. Build phases are quoted after the audit. We do not run on a retainer and we do not require ongoing payment to keep the system you bought working.

No guaranteed financial outcome

We do not promise a specific sale price, valuation, or multiple. We do not promise a guaranteed dollar increase at exit. The discount that key person risk creates is real and removing the mechanism removes the discount, but the final number a buyer puts on your business depends on the market, the buyer, and many factors outside our control.

AI and professional judgment

AI assists the work. It does not replace professional legal, financial, tax, or medical judgment. Nothing we publish or build is legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Engage your own qualified advisors for those decisions.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We can sign your NDA. We do not use client data to train models. When an engagement ends, our access to your systems ends.

Intellectual property

When a build is complete and paid in full, you own the build, the configuration, the documentation, and the data inside your own accounts. Standard methodologies, frameworks, and our internal tooling remain ours. You may use the build inside your business for any lawful purpose.

Warranties and liability

We do our work to a professional standard. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Specific warranties for a build, if any, are stated in that build's written scope.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version lives at this URL. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
