What this site collects

When you use the booking form on the Contact page, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email, phone (if you share it), the revenue range, the selling timeline, and your short description of what your business depends on you for. We also collect basic request information, like the page you submitted from. We do not run aggressive tracking or behavioral profiling.

How we use it

We use the form data to reply to you, schedule the Key Person Risk Audit, and keep a record of the engagement if you become a client. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Form submissions are stored in our backend (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase) with access limited to Penny Built Ai. Access is over HTTPS and protected by access controls.

Confidentiality for client work

When we work inside your email, CRMs, or other accounts during an engagement, we treat that access as confidential, all the time. We can sign your NDA before we start. We do not use client data to train models. We do not share what we see with anyone outside our team. When the engagement ends, our access ends.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed for basic functionality. We may add lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics in future. If we do, this page will say so and offer a way to opt out.

Your rights

You can ask us to send you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email travis@pennybuilt.ai and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The latest version always lives at this URL. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
