Audit. Build. Handoff. Then we leave.
Our engagement is three phases. A short Key Person Risk Audit, a fixed-scope build, and a clean handoff. We do not run on a retainer and we do not lock the work behind a vendor key. When the build is done, you own the system. The bill ends. This page walks through each phase in detail so you know exactly what to expect.
Phase one. The Key Person Risk Audit.
Every engagement starts here. The audit is a short, structured discovery process. We sit with you and look at three things in detail: the jobs only one person can do, the relationships only one person owns, and the decisions only one person can make. We work with how the business actually runs, not how the SOPs describe it.
The output is a written report and a build plan. The report scores six areas of risk: leadership and decisions, sales and pipeline, client relationships, operations and delivery, finance and back office, and knowledge and systems. The build plan is the menu of work that would close the highest-risk gaps first, sized so you can decide what to start now and what to schedule. Every item on the plan is fixed scope and fixed price. You decide what to start with. You are not on a retainer and not on a clock.
If you decide not to work with us after the audit, you keep the report and the plan. The audit is genuinely useful on its own, not a sales pitch in a folder.
Phase two. The build.
Build phases are fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before we start. We work inside your own tools whenever possible. We do not push you onto a new stack unless something you have is actively breaking the work. We do not require new logins, new licenses, or new contracts as the price of admission.
We build alongside your current work, not in place of it. The team does not have to switch everything at once. We stage cutover so the new system runs next to the old one until the team trusts it. Most builds run four to twelve weeks depending on scope. A Full Operation Build runs three to six months.
We give you real progress, not status updates. You see the system getting built. You see real work going through it. You can tell from the inside whether it is going well, not from a slide deck.
Phase three. The handoff.
Handoff is the part most engagements skip. Ours does not. We train your team on the parts they will touch every day. We document the build in a place the team will look. We run alongside the team for long enough that they trust it. Then we leave.
When we leave, you own the build, the documentation, the data, and the configuration. The bill ends. If you want to extend the system later, your team can. If you want us back for a future fixed-scope project, that is your choice, not the price of keeping the lights on.
Confidentiality, for the whole time.
We work inside your email, CRMs, and accounts only as much as the work requires, and all of it is confidential, all the time. We can sign your NDA before we start. We do not use client data to train models. We do not share what we see with anyone outside our team. When the engagement ends, our access ends.
What it costs.
Every quote is set after the audit, because the price is honest only when the scope is real. Builds typically start in the low four figures. Full Operation Builds start at $10,000. We give you the price and the scope in writing before any build phase begins, and we do not change them mid-build.
AI assists the work. It does not replace professional legal, financial, tax, or medical judgment.
